Ironhead Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ironhead, you agree to these Terms. Ironhead is a mobile-first AI-powered sales follow-up platform for automotive dealership sales teams.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from recipients before sending SMS or email communications, and for complying with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months. Disputes are governed by Louisiana law and resolved by arbitration in Rapides Parish.
